What the articulated design changes

The joint separates the movement of the blade from the main foot-pocket area. Scubapro’s pivot-control design manages that blade movement. It is a different physical arrangement from a blade that simply continues forward from the pocket, and it is the feature worth looking at when deciding whether the Nova matches your preferred fin style.

Heel support and retention
