Dump Valves and Inflator

The inflator uses a standard 3/8-inch threaded low-pressure quick-disconnect hose, compatible with the vast majority of regulators on the market.

D-Rings and Pockets

The Prestige SLS carries two AISI 304 stainless steel D-rings at the upper positions, plus four heavy-duty polymer D-rings positioned within your downward sightline. Placing attachment points where you can actually see them without craning your neck is a practical detail that saves fumbling underwater.

Two three-dimensional zippered pockets are self-draining, so they do not hold water after a dive. A safety whistle is included.

One Honest Limitation

At 8.6 lbs. (3.9 kg) in a size Large, the Prestige SLS is not a lightweight travel BCD. If you fly frequently and pay close attention to luggage weight, that is worth factoring in. This BCD is built for durability and comfort, not for packing light.

It is also a jacket style, which means the bladder inflates around your torso rather than only behind you. Some divers find that a back-inflate design gives cleaner horizontal trim. If you already know you prefer back-inflate, the Prestige SLS is not the right fit regardless of its other strengths.
