It also works well for snorkeling, surfing, and other surface water activities where the full touchscreen access is a convenience rather than a necessity.

It is not designed for technical diving or anyone regularly working past 30 m where touchscreen reliability drops off. It is also not a replacement for a dedicated mirrorless or compact camera housing if image quality is your primary goal. Smartphone sensors have real limits underwater, and no housing changes that.
