Scuba Schools International has announced a partnership with MOLA Solutions, giving SSI Training Centers access to a set of AI-powered tools built to handle the administrative side of running a dive centre: lead follow-up, bookings, customer communications and marketing.

SSI frames the deal as part of a longer push to equip its network for a market where most of the customer relationship now happens digitally, rather than across the shop counter.

At SSI, we believe our responsibility extends far beyond delivering world-class diver education. Our goal is to provide Training Centers with the technology, tools, and business solutions they need to thrive. MOLA is another example of how we’re investing in innovative partnerships that help our Centers work smarter, strengthen customer relationships, and grow their businesses.

Guido Wätzig, CEO of SSI

What the platform does

MOLA is built specifically for dive centres and combines customer relationship management, automation and AI-driven marketing in a single system. According to SSI, it lets a centre:

  • Capture and automatically nurture new customer leads
  • Reactivate former customers through personalised marketing campaigns
  • Improve Google reviews and online visibility
  • Manage email, phone calls, WhatsApp and social media from one dashboard
  • Automate bookings, confirmations, reminders and post-course follow-ups

The pitch is time rather than headcount: centralising the admin so staff spend less of the day chasing enquiries and more of it with divers.

Terms for SSI centres

SSI Training Centers get discounted access to MOLA’s services as part of the partnership, along with webinars covering how to fold the platform into an existing operation.

The agency positions the move alongside its existing digital estate, including the MySSI platform, Scubago and its digital learning systems, as part of a broader strategy of investing in technology that helps dive businesses teach, operate and grow.
