Diving on the Cayman Aggressor IV
For decades, people from all over the world have traveled to the Cayman Islands for amazing up-close encounters with stingrays, particularly at Stingray City.
While diving with stingrays is not only encouraged but celebrated, the Cayman Islands have so much more to offer to both novice and experienced divers, be it walls, wrecks, or reefs. The visibility is so good and the water is so calm that the more advanced divers may find diving in the Caymans not exciting enough.
Departing from George Town in Grand Cayman (or a local marina during the winter months), the Cayman Aggressor IV itinerary highlights include bucket-list dives on the Russian Destroyer in Cayman Brac and the Bloody Bay Wall area of Little Cayman. Another classic dive site, located in Grand Cayman, is the Kittiwake Wreck.
Wherever you dive, you can expect to see stingrays (of course), barracudas, reef sharks, and even turtles. All dives are done right from the ship’s dive deck, and you can log up to five dives per day, including night dives.

Onboard the Cayman Aggressor IV
Refurbished in 2022, the Cayman Aggressor IV represents the highest liveaboard standards. A warm, nautical design can be found throughout the cabins, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.
Measuring 110 feet (33 m), the ship features nine staterooms for a total capacity of 18 people. There is one master stateroom, six deluxe staterooms, and two bunk-style deluxe staterooms. All staterooms have a private bathroom, TV with a media player, air conditioning, and a safe.
Guests can also relax in the air-conditioned salon or on the partially covered top deck where there are sun loungers, an outdoor system, a hot tub, and a dedicated bar and grill area. At night, there’s entertainment like fish identification and games. Guests are also encouraged to bring their favorite movies.
When it’s time to get ready to dive, the Cayman Aggressor IV has a large, shaded dive deck. There are also lockers to store your equipment and two hot, freshwater showers. If you’re into underwater photography, there is also a camera table with low-pressure air hoses.

Dining onboard the Cayman Aggressor IV
All meals, snacks, and drinks are provided for—including local beer and wine. You may also bring your favorite bottle of spirits onboard—enjoy a cocktail with your dive buddies, but remember that once you drink, there’s no more diving that day.
Meals are a mix of American and local cuisine plus grilled food. At breakfast, there are fresh fruits, hot entrees, cereals, and juices. At lunch, there are hot soups, homemade breads, salads, sandwiches and/or entrees. At dinner, all meals are made by the chef and include salads, vegetables, seafood, beef, or chicken with a fresh homemade dessert.
The chef is happy to accommodate special dietary requirements; just be sure to list them on your booking form.
