Rebecca Strauss

Rebecca has been an avid traveler and scuba diver for many years. She began her editorial career by updating travel guides, which took her all over the United States and Caribbean. From there, she did a stint as a managing editor at a Caribbean travel magazine. That, in turn, led her to take the plunge—quite literally—and focus her editorial and writing skills on scuba diving travel and gear exclusively.

She's worked in both print and online scuba media since 2012, and in that capacity has visited all seven continents—and dived on six of them. From speedy drift dives in Indonesia to leisurely muck dives in Florida, to shark dives in the Galapagos, her favorite dive is always her next.
