The manufacturer included 2 extension straps, 4 carabiners and 1 storage bag that you can carry with you – this received a thumbs up from us. The swing is made to be low-maintenance too as there are no complicated instructions to set it up. You can simply hang it in your home’s door frame, sway it over a garage or a patio, or tie it to a branch of a tree if you feel like doing yoga outside.

This yoga swing is gym-friendly too – it is easily hangable inside a fitness studio where you can practice yoga under trained yogi supervision.
