  • Construction: 4.6/5
  • Stability: 4.9/5
  • Maneuverability: 4.8/5
  • Portability: 4.7/5
  • Price/Quality: 4.5/5

The features and accessories on the iRocker 11’ iSUP combine performance characteristics that will make you happy. This board is great for all levels and activities (except perhaps for speed in competitions), including touring, surfing, fishing and chillin on the water. At 11 feet it glides well and, thanks to the 3 fins, it tracks pretty straight too. The orange version rocks too.

  • The traction pad is upgraded and it shows. Made from grippy EVA material, it’s embedded with vertical stripes that make it much comfortable to paddle for newbies. The logo stamps on the pad are to thank, and so are the traction canals that keep the water off the deck.
  • The 21 D-rings speak volumes. To break it down: there are 6 D-rings on the front storage space, 6 D-rings on the back storage space, and 9 more D-rings spread throughout the board’s rails. And they’re placed at the edge of the board maximizing capacity.
  • The 7 handles come in handy. The placement on the front, back, and the middle of the board significantly simplifies your job of transporting the board from A to B.
  • GoPro fanatics, this one’s for you. The 4 action mounts are the perfect excuse to film your paddling adventure. Fishermen can rejoice too, for rod holders can also connect to these mounts.
  • Safety handles welcome kids on the board too. Because this board is 6 inches thick, the handles do make climbing on top easier.
  • The tri-fin setup consists of two sidefins and one bigger main. They keep the tracking straight. Remove the sidefins and the maneuverability increases.

An avid paddler can’t imagine his life without a well-rounded set of accessories. iRocker has quite a few of them too. But while the board itself comes with everything you need to get going, it’s worthwhile checking out their extras to turn your SUP into something more.

  • Paddle: The carbon fiber blended paddle is super portable – it can be broken down into 3 pieces with sturdy push-pin locks for convenient transportation. The hard, plastic blade can take on sharks or push off rocks no problem.
  • Leash: Every iRocker SUP board is accompanied by a color-coordinated, coiled leash that’s sturdy enough to withstand the rigors of surfing.
  • Full-Throttle Pump: The dual-chamber hand pump with triple-action is just what the doctor ordered. It takes less than 5 minutes to inflate and deflate which gives you more time to actually paddle.
  • Backpack: This is not a regular backpack – rather, it’s a pack with multiple zippered pockets that gives you plenty of room for storing all of your knick knacks. There are 2 mesh side pockets for drinks and snacks and a bungee cord area for attaching your towels or shoes too. There’s so much padding here, it’s one of the more comfortable bags on the market.
  • Repair Kit: Not the accessory to overlook, the repair kit acts as health insurance, but for your board. The inflation valve wrench that comes in it is a useful tool to have for emergencies like leaks.
  • User Manual: The majority of people tend to throw the user manual away. Don’t make the same mistake with this one – you should better glance over it before going to paddle. This will particularly ring true if you’ve never set up a SUP board before.
  • Optional Add-Ons: iRocker has a wide range of separately-sold accessories that can elevate your paddling experience by a lot. Think electric pump, kayak seat kit, cooler deck bag, fishing rod holder, shoulder carrying strap, BLACKFIN Bluetooth speakers, and a waterproof phone case among others.
irocker all-Around 11’ sup board accessories

‘Is the upgraded version of iRocker All-Around 11’ SUP board stable?’ is a valid question. 3 layers of PVC make this board really rigid, and at 32 inches that also means quite stable.

The length-width-weight-capacity ratio makes it feasible to use this board regardless of your height and weight. The board is so stable you could easily make a few spins, jumps, and pilates moves and still be well above the water level. This is great news everyone.

It’s common sense to not expect racer-like speed from the 11-inch board. Given how stable it is, you’re more likely to cruise on it rather than cut through big waves. That said, the board handles turns exceptionally well, providing enough stability to start doing step back turns. Remove the 2 sidefins and the iRocker 11 becomes both faster and more agile.

The upgrade of the iRocker came with the addition of extra carrying handles all around the board. This meant that transportation was made quick and easy. We can wholeheartedly confirm that.

You can pack your board in the comfortable backpack it comes with, using the compression strap, and walk a pretty distance before cursing too abrasively. That, despite the fact that the 11 is slightly on the heavy side (on account of the triple-layer construction).

irocker all-Around 11’ sup board portability

The price isn’t likely to scare you off from investing in the iRocker 11’ board. Here’s our reasoning. First off, the quality of the SUP board is clearly high. Second off, the number of hi-tech features is impressive. Third off, the ability to grow with this board, doing almost any sup activity is as scarce as hen’s teeth.

All in all, we believe that the board’s price matches its quality perfectly well.

Do we recommend it?

Even though you can’t go wrong with any of the iRocker SUP boards, you most definitely can’t go wrong with its 11-inch model. Not only is it beginner-friendly, but it also caters to skilled paddlers, fishermen, yoga gurus, and families with kids. Whether you decide to use it in an enclosed bay or a lake in the country, you’ll get an equally good experience out of both scenarios.

The unprecedented quality of the build, the smart design factor justify the cost and make this board an appealing investment for anyone without exceptions. We can’t recommend it enough. You’re bound to use your board for many years to come.
