Ryobi P737

As with most Ryobi products, the Ryobi P737 is a handy tool that offers outstanding value.

While the P737 is designed specifically as a portable tire inflator, it is equipped with two high-pressure nozzles and a sports equipment needle, making it ideal for other types of high-pressure inflatables.

The P737 works just as well with basketballs and inflatable kayaks as it does with bike tires.

With an emphasis on portability, the P737 is lightweight and is exclusively powered by Ryobi 18-Volt ONE+ batteries. It boasts an ergonomic pistol grip handle and has a compartment at its base for its nozzles.

While it doesn’t have an automatic shut-off function once the desired pressure is reached, it does have a digital pressure gauge.

The main drawback of the P737 is that it can only be used in 5-minute intervals, so when you’re blowing up your inflatable kayak, you have to stop after 5 minutes and let the tool rest for 5 minutes. The P737 also doesn’t have a trigger lock release. This makes blowing up inflatables a bit of a chore, as you have to keep squeezing the trigger for it to work.

Even with those drawbacks, the P737 is a very capable high-pressure inflator fit for outdoor use. It’s definitely an ideal option if you already have other tools from the Ryobi ONE+ system.
