The DanForce Rechargeable LED Headlamp gives you a powerful light source with some serious battery power behind it. This is a headlamp for people that need to work at night with some technical requirements.
It’s all about the 3 beams and how they work to focus. They either make an extremely intense beam of light to illuminate a target or cast a more diffused light to reveal a wider terrain.
This makes the DanForce a bulkier LED headlamp. The battery pack–which has a locator light–sits at the back to share the weight around.

With 1080 lumens and a maximum beam distance of 200 feet, you can traverse trails on the darkest of nights. The lighting options of this rechargeable headlamp also make it adaptable to different situations. The red light makes it handy when hunting to avoid scaring away the animals or when you’re moving about inside the tent, so you don’t disturb others.
This rechargeable headlamp from DanForce has a couple of 18650 lithium-ion batteries. Your powerbank is enough for multiple recharges. But there’s no battery meter. Meaning you can’t check when the power’s about to run out. It’s best to pack up extra batteries if you know you’ll use it for extended periods of time with no power source within reach, just in case it dies out of nowhere.
On paper, this headlamp has an IP Rating of IP54, meaning it can endure impacts with objects smaller than 10 mm and can resist water sprays from any direction. How is its impact resistance? Adequate. And the water resistance? Unfortunately it’s not great. The rubber seals on the frame are flimsy, so we recommend you avoid water as much as you can.
For roughly $40, the DanForce Rechargeable LED Headlamp is on the expensive size. It can keep up with your demands in a dry environment.
