Many quality binoculars are waterproof, but not a lot have an IPX7 rating. The BRESSER Condor 10×42 Binoculars is one of the few budget-friendly options with this waterproof rating. What does that mean? They can withstand being submerged in up to 1 m of water for half an hour.
The ultimate reflection coating optimizes the light-gathering capabilities of these optics. You can expect bright images, especially in broad daylight. That said, you can go out to hike, hunt, and observe birds or wildlife with this reliable gear.
The problem is the edge-to-edge clarity, so don’t expect completely clear images. They blur around the edges, which is pretty understandable considering the affordable price tag.
The nylon carrying case has storage compartments, so you have extra space for your valuables. Further, these optics come with fixed dust protection caps, so you can easily cover the lenses when not in use.
