Description and details
Diving on the Ocean Divine in the Maldives
Ocean Divine is without a doubt the most luxurious liveaboard in the Maldives. Built in 2006, it provides guests with a surfing experience of a lifetime. It features amazing diving locations with outstanding five-star service and amazing restaurant prepared meals. As a beautiful 33m (108.2 feet) long and 9m (29.5 feet) wide luxury liveaboard, it offers regular visits to the North and South Atolls, Ari Atoll, Felidu Atoll, Central Atolls, and many others.
Ocean Divine Interior and Features
With luxurious accommodation and scuba diving in mind, Ocean Divine has been created for a maximum of 12 guests on-board, delivering an uncrowded dive cruise experience. To make guests’ diving holiday exceptional, a highly trained masseuse, a top-level chef, a friendly bartender, and knowledgeable dive guides are always available. In total, 10 crew members are ready to provide superior service.
6 lavish en-suite deluxe staterooms are located on the Lower deck, each with a porthole window. Plus, cabins all come complete with plenty of wardrobe space, bathrobes, toiletries, daily fresh towels, and individually controlled air-conditioning. The Ocean Divine pampers its guests, so it is perfect for those who prefer a more personal approach and treatment in smaller groups. The social areas of the vessel were also built with this in mind – roomy and super comfortable with plenty of space, so guests can have their own space if that’s what they want.
The indoor lounge features comfortable couches as well as plenty of entertainment options. There is a lavish lounge area, equipped with cozy daybeds and bean bags all over the place. Plus, there are seating areas at the bow and by the dive platform, perfect for a good time surrounded by the ever-changing Maldives’ stunning view. On top of everything, the spacious sundeck with huge shades will surely please those who love to stay in the sun.
There is a 16-meter dive boat that accompanies the Ocean Divine, helping guests to whisk to the Maldives dive sites in no time. Complete with its own compressors and nitrox system, all diving takes place from this accompanying boat. The dive deck has also been converted to a partially shaded area, providing even more space for relaxation. Being a photographer friendly boat, the Ocean Divine shares a computer with its guests, useful for downloading photos made through the day, plus some charging points for photo equipment.
And if all that is not enough, Ocean Divine has a spa service, which provides a range of massage services and skin treatments.
Ocean Divine Food
The air-conditioned dining area has more than enough space for everybody, with dedicated chefs promising a great culinary experience. Ocean Divine proudly boasts to serve different dishes at every meal, unlike any other liveaboard. Chefs use French culinary and local training combined with the freshest, local, imported products. They produce sumptuous food for every meal and can cater to most dietary requirements. The main meals consist of a pre-breakfast, breakfast, lunch in buffet style, and dinner in a fine plated affair. In addition to the meals, mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks are offered daily.
