Description and details
Diving on the Nataraja in Indonesia
Nataraja – explore beyond the traditional way of cruising in the Indonesian sea
The 32 meters (approx. 105 feet) traditional phinisi is famous for providing luxurious cruises to the best itineraries of Indonesia. It was officially launched in the year 2016 and was last renovated in February 2018. By cruising with the luxurious Nataraja liveaboard you can delineate new waters and become part of a journey, which takes you beyond the customary ways of tourism. The main itinerary of the elegant liveaboard is Komodo and Raja Ampat. You can unveil the beauty of the world heritage Komodo National park and encounter the thrilling sight of the Komodo dragons. Raja Ampat is famous for holding a world record of the number of species glimpsed during a dive.
Boat Interior – a modified liveaboard, ensuring to provide a luxurious vacation
The custom-built classical phinisi offers cruises for a small group of people and ensures to provide personal attention to every guest onboard. It has the capacity to accommodate 9 guests in 3 lavish cabins. All these cabins are located on the lower deck of the boat and are en-suite with air-conditioning systems, towels, and toiletries. The basic cabins have double and single beds, which is best for a family traveling with kids. Whereas, the master cabin is spacious enough for 4 passengers. The private piazza and large windows give astonishing views from the balcony of the master cabin.
Deck Areas – witness the beauty of nature from the top of Nataraja
There is no specific dive deck on this beautiful floating icon, although the diving gear and equipment are placed on the upper deck. There are 2 air compressors and a fiber speedboat that take you to the most exciting remote dive areas. The communal spaces of the yacht are designed to provide comfort and relaxation. The top deck of Nataraja offers an open space to enjoy sunbathing with gorgeous views.
Food and Entertainment
The alluring Nataraja is a non-diver (snorkeler) and child-friendly liveaboard. It has assortments of entertainment for its guests to spend their leisure and in-between dive times without getting bored. The indoor salon has an audio-visual entertainment system, electronics charging station, and a mini library where the bookworms can grab a book while enjoying the fresh sea breeze. Access to the internet is the perk onboard for the ones who want to stay connected with their friends and family. The food served on board is freshly prepared by a professional chef. You can select anything from the western or local delicacies as the buffet gives you a variety of food options. Selective snacks, tea, coffee, and beverages are available throughout the day to make sure that no one stays hungry before or after the meal hours. Guests of dietary restrictions or food allergies are also catered on special requests.
When to go
You can dive in the best sites of Indonesian sea all year round but comparatively, the most feasible time to plan your vacation is the autumn season. Diving at Komodo is considered best from April to November. Whereas, Raja Ampat serves the best from October to April. Which means that Nataraja offers its comfortable and luxurious cruises in the Indonesian sea all year round in either of the locations.
