Diving on the MV Odyssey in Australia
The 24 meters (approx. 79 feet) custom-built catamaran MV Odyssey offers exclusive diving trips to the exotic dive site Rowley Shoals, Australia. Although, it is not as famous as its cousin site Great Barrier Reef the enthusiastic divers know the worth of diving at this stunning dive site, which is crowded with thousands of tropical fish and offers amazing underwater visibility. The incredible design and utmost facilities ensure the travelers that they would have a stable, comfortable and luxurious trip onboard. The powerful engine makes the boat super quiet and stable to cruise at a normal speed of 10 knots per hour and a top speed of 15 knots per hour. Odyssey is specialized in offering personalized trips to 20 groups of people, which means that you don’t have to wait for your turn for the land excursion. Every individual traveling on Odyssey gets an equal opportunity to participate together and enjoy all the activities.
Odyssey has the capacity to welcome 20 guests. Due to the lesser number of guests, every individual gets personalized service and the spacious areas offer enough solitude for them. There are 10 cabins, which are categorized into 6 double deluxe cabins and 4 twin bed cabins. All cabins are air-conditioned and have individual storage space and mini-fridge. It swags as the only catamaran of its kind that is well-equipped and features al fresco dining on the stunning upper deck. There is a bar on the deck where you can relax in a comfortable environment while having a drink and enjoy the panoramic views of the surrounding.
The spacious dive deck is well-equipped with gear rentals and compressor, that fills the tanks with a super speed between dives. There are 3 tender vessels; Homer, Argos, and Athena. The primary Dhoni 12 meters long Homer, transport the divers to the best dive sites. The decks of the Odyssey are more spacious because of the dhoni tender. Guests can find more space for roaming and socialize on the decks. The sundeck is beautifully designed and offers ample space for the passengers to spend their time here, when not engaged in dives. There are plenty of deck chairs, and sun loungers to enjoy the magnificent views in the fresh sea breeze.
