The traditionally designed wooden Phinisi is designed specifically for divers and has all the facilities that are required to have an unforgettable vacation onboard. KLM Seamore Papua – experience the best dive destination with the splendid schooner

The 32 meters (approx. 105 feet) wooden phinisi was upgraded with modern technology to ensure that the guests onboard have the best dive safari adventures. It is specially designed for divers and has all the necessities to make them feel comfortable. The top-notch crew and management are well experienced in their respective fields. They are ever ready to serve the guests in fulfilling their needs. Seamore Papua offers cruises at Takabonerate, Banda, Misool, Raja Ampat and Komodo. The famous dive site of Raja Ampat has approx. a thousand small islands that make an exceptionally wonderful archipelago.

Boat Interior – traditionally designed in Indonesian style

The fantastic Phinisi is made from teak and ironwood. The traditional design and interior of Seamore Papua reflect the beauty of the Indonesian culture. This lavish masterpiece is handcrafted by the best carpenters of the time with the utmost hard work and dedication. It has the capacity to host 18 passengers in 9 luxurious cabins. These cabins have all the modern amenities required to have a peaceful, safe and sumptuous dive safari adventure. Cabins have en-suite bathrooms, a/c systems, storage areas, and complimentary toiletries along with daily housekeeping service throughout the stay. The communal areas have an indoor saloon, dining area and outdoor lounge located on the upper deck.

Deck Area – dive under the supervision of diving masters

KLM Seamore Papua has a dive area with a diving platform on the main deck. Divers are provided a large space to get ready for fun-filled adventurous dives with full assistance by the instructors. There is much rental equipment which is available for divers by paying extra charges. You can enjoy your in-between time from the dives at the large sun deck located on the top deck. It has cushioned sun-loungers, bean bags, and mattresses for the guests to enjoy the fresh sea breeze under the open sky. Night owls can have a perfect view of starling sky lying on the top deck while hearing the seashores.

Food and Entertainment

The social area of the liveaboard has an indoor saloon, which is incorporated with the modern entertainment facilities. You can enjoy your time in an air-conditioned environment while watching your favorite movie, chatting with fellow divers, or just grabbing a book to pass your time with a glass of drink. To satisfy the hungry divers, there is scrumptious food served thrice a day in buffet style. It is cooked with fresh ingredients in a hygienic environment by an expert chef. Snacks and beverages are available all day long. Food customization for the guests on a special diet or medication is also catered on request.

When to go

There is always something new to explore in the itineraries of Seamore Papua. You can enjoy the best dive safari vacation at any month of the year. The climatic conditions are considered best from October to April for Raja Ampat and April to November for Komodo.
