- One diver said that this was his best diving experience in the 40 years he has been doing it.

Humboldt Explorer – explore the exotic dive sites of the Galapagos Islands
The 34 meters (approx. 111.5 feet) steel vessel was renovated with modern and comfortable amenities in 2014. It cruises with stability at a speed of 10 knots per hour. Humboldt Explorer offers world-class diving cruises with a top-notch crew and exceptional service. These small remote islands and dive sites are easily accessible by the beautiful liveaboard. You can experience a matchless beauty of nature and marvel at the marine life while exploring the ancient Galapagos Islands.
Boat Interior – refurbished to provide ultra-modern facilities
Humboldt Explorer has 8 commodious staterooms to lodge 16 vacationers onboard. These cabins are well-furnished and fully equipped with modern facilities like televisions, en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning with temperature control, and storage facilities. The cabins have beds that are perfect for double and twin occupancies. There are large portholes, from where you can enjoy the mesmerizing view while relaxing in the room. The indoor salon lounge of Humboldt Explorer is perfect to spend the spare time between dives. The crew of Humboldt Explorer is a great example of bravura. They ensure to provide great comfort and outstanding services to the guests onboard.
Deck Area – dive in style and enjoy the sea breeze with a smile
Humboldt Explorer has a spacious dive deck, where divers can get ready before making an entry in the turquoise blue water. The deck is equipped with diving gears and rental equipment. There is a separate area for rinsing the equipment after the dives. Divers can maintain and wash their cameras. The storage area has enough space to keep the belongings before diving and the wetsuits can also be hanged after dives. There is a white jacuzzi with a spacious seating arrangement on the covered area of the large sun deck. Here, you can either socialize with fellow travelers or find your own solitude while enjoying the charismatic views of the crystal-clear water.
Food and Entertainment
When you are not engaged in adventurous dives, you can relax in the luxurious and comfy indoor saloon. Here, you can enjoy an intimate time while watching a movie, groove on music, or enjoy a drink. The food served onboard is prepared by an expert chef and has excellent quality. Wholesome meals with a delicious taste for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are presented in buffet style. Plenty of snacks and beverages are available throughout the day. Hard drinks including alcoholic beverages and wines can be availed by paying extra charges.
When to go
Two seasons are considered best for exploring the Galapagos Islands. June to November have dry weather, whereas, January to June has wet weather and the temperature is slightly higher than usual. If you wish to dive with sharks with a better visibility, then June to November are the ideal months to plan you dive cruise vacation with the lavish liveaboard Humboldt Explorer.
