Diving on the Galapagos Odyssey in Galapagos
M/Y Galapagos Odyssey has a full record of positive reviews, and it has many years of experience exploring the Galapagos Islands. It has a length of 41m/134f with a cruising speed of 11 knots per hour plus it can produce 2000 gallons of water per day.
Boat Interior
Enjoy the safari aboard this first-class floating hotel with a minimalistic design. It can accommodate a total of 16 passengers to its nine stylish cabins located at the main, upper and lower deck. The suites on the upper deck are convertible into a bigger room suitable for a family or group of friends. All rooms have air-conditioning, twin or double beds, private bathrooms with hot showers and storage for clothing. Also, housekeeping is provided daily to maintain cleanliness. The saloon has an audio and video entertainment system with a collection of movies, and the small library is filled with magazines as well as marine life books. The sundeck has cushioned sun loungers perfect for watching the ocean view. The shaded upper deck has a terrace and barbecue area. The main deck has an alfresco dining area, indoor dining area, and fully stocked bar.
Restaurant
The talented chef serves nutritious and delicious meals from local and international cuisines together with complimentary drinks. Full board meals vary daily to suit everyone’s appetite, and snacks are available all day. Guests can enjoy the buffet-style meals plus they can choose to dine at the indoor dining area or the alfresco. Vegetarian options are available for those who have a strict vegetable diet. We recommend you add your specific dietary requests if any at the booking form to assist you better on board. We only accept requests for food allergies and religious beliefs. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.
Boat Safety
Safety is our first priority that’s why we ensure that this liveaboard follows the Boat Safety checklist before sailing. It has the necessary boat navigation and safety equipment including life vests on every area of this boat, life rafts, emergency oxygen, and fire extinguisher available in time of need. The crew members are well-trained to facilitate first aid, and they can also manage any situation that might occur on board.
Activities
Many activities await every tourist in different locations plus there are over five to seven days of itinerary accommodation to satisfy everyone’s budget. The activities include wildlife watching, stargazing, snorkeling, hiking, surfing, and kayaking. We recommend you to bring comfortable walking shoes, a hat or cap, a strong sunblock, and other necessities for your summer holiday. Itinerary
Our friendly crew serves guests with welcome refreshments and snacks upon checking-in. The itinerary destination includes Bartolome, Espanola, Fernandina, Floreana, Genovesa, Isabela, North Seymour and more. There are lots of marine life, aquatic plants and wild animals that reside within these islands along with the oldest Galapagos turtles. Professional guides are on hand to lead the entire group to the most remote areas. The Galapagos Islands is open all year and the best time to visit is between December to May.
