You can put it inside the microwave (remove lid), oven (no cover), dishwasher (top rack), and freezer, and it won’t be damaged.
Since this food container from S SALIENT is glass-made, expect it to be heavier than your typical bento. The clasps on four sides can also be tricky to close. But you’ll get used to the mechanism over time. The material used on the lid is a little flimsy compared to the glass tray and must be hand washed to keep it in the best condition.
