Diving on the Wisesa in Indonesia

Wisesa – stylish vessel cruising in the Indonesian sea

The idea to build Wisesa was visualized by 2 French friends in 2015. They traveled on a small and basic boat somewhere in the deep rainforest of South Borneo while searching for orangutans. There they decided to build and operate a lavish schooner which has all the eminent facilities for the adventurous people who seek a comfortable budget-friendly trip with a short company. The 30 meters (approx. 99 feet) liveaboard was presented in September 2016. It was specially designed for providing a maximum level of comfort to the divers. This masterpiece cruises at the speed of 5-8 knots.

Boat Interior – prodigious boat for a small group

The vigorous and stable schooner was designed keeping the divers in mind. It is a fusion of comfort with grace. The interior reflects charm and elegance with compact facilities. It is spacious enough to accommodate 8 guests in 4 private cabins. The wooden boat is equipped with all the eminent amenities including en-suite bathrooms, an air-conditioning systems with temperature control and storage areas in the cabins. The cabins are named uniquely. The cabin Lombok and cabin Bali are furnished with double beds, which can be shared with fellow divers. Flores is the honeymoon suite of the vessel, which has a double bed and private bathroom and gives a charismatic view from the portholes. The last cabin Papua is a spacious and large room specially designed for family or friends. It has a queen bed with 2 bunk beds and a sofa corner. All the cabins are located on the lower deck of the beautiful Wisesa.

Deck Area

From the entire boat length of 30 meters, there is a large dive deck, which is 24 meters long. It is spacious and comfortable equipped with canoes, kayaks, snorkeling, and stand-up paddle surfing boats. There are 22 tanks lined-up for diving. Diving equipment can be availed on rent by paying extra for it. The non-divers can enjoy a home-like feeling in the perfect indoor saloon on the upper deck. The rooftop is furnished with bean bags and sun lounges for the guests who want to enjoy and get relaxed in the fresh sea breeze.

Food and Entertainment

Imagining your morning with Wisesa will give you goosebumps. Waking up in a cozy and comfy cabin in the middle of the sea, surrounded with water, a fresh sea breeze and sun rays striking your body. The indoor saloon has an assortment of entertainment, which is absolutely free onboard. You can enjoy the audio-video entertainment, DVDs, charge your electronic equipment or you can simply relax with a glass of a cold drink in a chilled environment. The food onboard is served by a professional chef. The scrumptious food is presented in buffet style three times a day. Snack and beverages are available all day long. You can enjoy the food of your choice from western and local cuisines. Every day is different with surprises for every food-lover. Bon appétit!
