Diving on the Snefro Love in Egypt

Snefro Love is a sumptuous boat built and thought by divers to facilitate your sea trips and make your cruise more enjoyable. It’s our must of the Red Sea! The dives in Egypt are rich in drop-offs and gardens, consisting of soft and hard corals, dense fauna and wrecks. You can meet sharks or sea turtles amid labyrinths of canyons and caves.

Features of the boat

Newly renovated diving yacht Snefro Love offers 10 cabins to accommodate up to 20 passengers in luxurious rooms. The elegant and comfortable decoration of each room is complemented by all the amenities necessary for a luxury cruise: private bathrooms, adjustable air conditioning, safes, free Internet access, central music, internal telephone systems, minibars in the double bed cabins.

Combining the latest interactive technologies with an ultra-modern design, the saloon has a range of stunning amenities. It is air-conditioned and complete with a bar, free wifi and audio/visual entertainment system. Guests can chill while enjoying a drink and watching a movie. The shaded sundeck is perfect if you want to tan and enjoy the view. Take your beverage and enjoy the sunset all while chatting with other divers.

Food is cooked to perfection by the on-board professional Chefs. 3 delicious meals of both Western and Egyptian cuisine are served buffet-style. Snacks, fruit, tea, coffee, water, and soft drinks are provided all day long. Vegetarian, vegan and Halal options are available and, if you’re on a special diet, don’t hesitate to request what you need. The air-conditioned Saloon area is where guests dine.

The professional Snefro Love diving crew will be there to show you numerous stops to discover the treasures of the Red Sea. The languages ​​spoken on board are English, German, Spanish, Arabic, and Russian.

What time of the year to go

Red Sea diving is possible all year round. Our ultimate favorite time though is without a doubt from the end of March to the end of November. The weather remains warm in the winter too, making diving here not just possible but very much enjoyable.

Logistics

You’ll be picked up from the airport(Sharm El Sheikh SSH is the closest). The guide will be waiting with a sign stating your name, King Snefro Fleet. Pick up meeting point from the hotel is at the reception in the afternoon. Check-in on the boat is at 18:00. The boat departs from New Marina Sharm El Sheikh (El Wataneya) in the morning on the following day. All divers should show adequate certification, logbook and sign a medical statement and liability release form prior to the boat’s departure. Divers should use dive computers, Surface Marker Buoy at every dive a light torch at night diving. Either bring these pieces of equipment with you or give a note to rent them. Night Diving is not allowed in Marine Parks. The boat is equipped with European (2 pins) power sockets, Power socket adapters. You can pay on board with Local currency (cash only), Cash, EUR, USD, and LE. There are DIN/INT adaptors on board. Toiletries are not provided. On a penultimate day you will have the option to dive 2-3 times, depending on the itinerary. Usually, the last dive is on a penultimate day around noon. After your last dive, it’s your responsibility to respect the 24-hour no-fly time! Snefro Love can go back to port in the late afternoon or the early evening of the penultimate day or in the last day’s morning, depending on customers’ request. On the last day, check-out is before 12 pm and then, you will be transferred either to the airport or local hotel. The Full Egyptian Visa (25 USD 12.18) is essential in most of the itineraries (except Mini Route Tiran and Ras Mohamed – Tiran). You won’t be accepted onboard without a valid visa.
