Liveaboard Review

Nautilus Gallant Lady - Review 2023

The Nautilus Gallant Lady has a length of 35 meters/116 feet and accommodates up to 12 guests. The guests will be treated to 6 large cabins that are situated on the lower and main decks. The sun deck and Jacuzzi will be the perfect place to unwind between dives. However, the main attraction is the cage diving that the Nautilus Gallant Lady brings to the table. You will be able to get up and close with the great white sharks in the area and other marine life. A great liveaboard for all-year diving experiences.

Diving on the Nautilus Gallant Lady in Mexico

Nautilus Gallant Lady liveaboard

The Nautilus fleet has gained another great liveaboard to its impressive arsenal. The Nautilus Gallant Lady provides comfortable cabins, fantastic social areas to unwind, and a spacious dive platform for easy accessibility to the water. The liveaboard is based in the ‘Sea of Cortez’ that many people use to refer to as ‘the aquarium of the world.’ You can expect year-round adventures of the Gallant Lady in 2 riveting destinations namely the Bahia de Los Angeles and the Cabo Pulmo marine park. There is always something fascinating to do on the Nautilus Gallant and the crew is always on hand willing to extend a helping hand.

Boat interior and features

The Nautilus Gallant Lady has 6 spacious cabins that can accommodate up to 16 guests. You will have the choice of 5 superior suites and one large premium suite. All the cabins have individually controlled air conditioning that has ample storage and private en-suite bathrooms. In the rooms, you will either receive a king-sized double bed or two twin beds.

The social areas are well equipped to keep you entertained between dives and in your leisure time. The sky lounge is equipped with a hot-tub that you can use to distress after a long day of diving. Also on the top deck is an outside bar which serves the most delectable cocktails in Mexico. Moreover, it also has sun lounges for soaking in the sun.

The saloon is also another escape from all the diving with panoramic views and a fully stocked bar. There is also a big-screen TV that is accompanied by a variety of movies for you to choose from.
The dive deck is spacious and provides enough storage for your gear. There is also Nitrox on board for a better diving experience.

Food on the Nautilus Gallant Lady

The food options on the Nautilus Gallant are excellent with the chef preparing fresh meals daily. The cuisine is presented in a buffet style and offers many variants from meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, fruit, and sides.

You can expect year-round diving experiences to two of the most abundant rich locations in Mexico. The liveaboard will reside in the Northern Sea of Cortez between May-October. In September – December the liveaboard moves further south to Cabo Pulmo Marine Park. Both of these are great itineraries and you will have memorable experiences irrespective of where you decide to go.
