KLM Antares is a traditional Indonesian liveaboard. Carefully crafted and designed in 2009 by a famous French boat builder, Mr. Fabien Blot. It is a small boat suitable for friends or families. This boat can travel to the most remote areas that only liveaboards can visit. The itinerary is unique, perfect for those who want a challenging adventure. There are many distant areas like Sabolan Kecil, Cauldron, Gili Lawa Darat, Pink Beach, Tatawa Besar, Batu Bolong and many more dive sites that will complete your holiday safari. Thousands of marine species are one of the reasons tourists and divers around the world visit Indonesia.

Diving on the KLM Antares liveaboard in Indonesia
This liveaboard helped many people travel and enjoy the wonders of the Indonesian ocean. KLM Antares started its journey in 2009 with the help of its operators. They conducted a full renovation in September 2018 to adopt the latest interior trends and safety navigation equipment.
Boat Interior
It is a small yacht compared to other liveaboards, perfect for a family expedition. This luxury boat ensures an unforgettable holiday adventure that gives a home-like experience onboard. There are three cozy cabins suitable for six guests, with private bathrooms, air-conditioning, spring mattresses, and soft pillows. Each cabin has big windows that offer great views of the ocean. There are international sockets available for charging the U/W cameras and electronic gadgets.
The spacious air-conditioned saloon has an audio and video entertainment system with the latest movies. The shaded sun deck has loungers ideal for sun lovers and socializing.
Restaurant
The staff serves delicious local and international dishes made from fresh ingredients. Complimentary drinks and snacks are available throughout the safari. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. Guests can add their requests for vegan, vegetarian and other specific dietary requirements upon booking. Boat safety
This vessel has full safety equipment aboard to ensure the safety of the guests. Life jackets, first aid kits, fire extinguishers, life rafts, and other necessities are accessible all the time. The crew members are always vigilant to respond in any situation.
Activities
Water sports activities on this vessel are suitable for children. Wakeboarding, stand up paddles, fishing, and snorkeling are some of the sports activities that guests can enjoy. Professional dive guides know every diving spot like the back of their hands and ensure to accompany divers to the most secluded areas. Warm-water showers, a charging station as well as diving books are usable all day. Guests can reserve their needs upon booking and pay upon checking-in. Nitrox, rental diving gear, fishing gear, snorkeling, and dive computers are available onboard.
Itinerary
The crew members welcome guests with refreshments and snacks upon checking-in. A short introduction and briefing are given to provide guests with all the safety information they need as well as the itinerary plan. This luxury liveaboard offers the best destinations around the Indonesian ocean peninsula. Capture abundant schools of fish, trevally, white-tip reef sharks, snappers, coral trouts, and turtles in each island. There are countless orange soft corals, coral gardens and pinnacles around the area.
Encounter the best dive experience at Sabolan Besar, perfect for beginners and expert divers. Sablan Kecil North is great for enthusiast photographers. There are hundreds of marine life species and invertebrates near this island. Gili Lawadarat has abundant soft and hard corals, giant trevally, schools of sweetlips, lose nose emperor fish and white-tip reef sharks.
A beautiful experience on the island of Komodo National Park is to encounter Komodo dragons, Timor deers, horses, wild boars, water buffalos, Asian palm civets, crab-eating macaques, and the endemic Rinca.
