Diving on the King Snefro 5 in Egypt

This vessel is specially made for divers who would love to explore and experience what the Red Sea offers. Built it 1999 and recently renovated in 2016 the yacht is 22 meters/72 feet long. The well-designed cruise ship has a magnificent view of the ocean and is perfect for any adventure.

Boat Interior

The M/Y King Snefro 5 has a beautiful modern interior that gives complete comfort to any passenger who joins aboard. It has five cabins that can accommodate up to ten guests. There are two cabins with private bathrooms and three cabins that share bathrooms. Daily housekeeping ensures that every room is neatly kept and that towels are changed daily. Each room has individual air-conditioning, hot water showers, cabinets and safety boxes.

This vessel offers special socialization activities for guests to enjoy every after a day of excursion. The fully-airconditioned saloon has an audio-video entertainment system. Passengers can enjoy the full view of the ocean from the sun deck with comfortable sun loungers. Guests can also read books from the small library filled with magazines and marine life books or use the free Wi-Fi to share their photos to their loved ones back home.


The saloon is across the spacious dining area. The chef on board serves the best local and international cuisines in a buffet-style meal together with complimentary drinks. The snacks are served in between meals and to make sure no guests go hungry. Spirits, beer, and other alcoholic beverages are available for purchase on board. For halal, vegan, vegetarian and other specific dietary needs, we advise guests to add their request upon booking.

Dive Deck

M/Y King Snefro is an ISO-certified liveaboard that ensures safety in every ocean expedition. The spacious dive deck has two ladders, one leads to the dive platform, and the other one goes to the zodiac support. There is a battery charging station and outside showers for divers. The professional dive guide will make sure to help you experience the most excellent adventure that M/Y King Snefro 5 can offer. Snorkeling is also offered for non-divers to add more excitement to their ocean cruise.

Nitrox is free for those with certification and log book. Rental dive equipment and snorkeling gear are reserved upon booking.


The professional staff will welcome guests with cocktail drinks and snacks upon checking-in. A short introduction and briefing are given to help passengers with their questions and to start their tour safely.

The Red Sea has an astonishing marine life and famous dive spots that enthusiast photographers visit all year.
