Vessel Features
Golden Dolphin II is a luxurious vessel introduced in 2006, measuring 36 meters (118 feet) by 8 meters (26 feet), and was specifically designed to provide comfort and convenience to all guests, divers or non-divers alike. As a part of the Golden Dolphin Fleet, guests are ensured that they will be given a service that is of the highest standards. In its most recent upgrade, it is ensured that the boat has new everything – the design, rooms, electronics, engines, furniture, plumbing, and so much more. It houses spacious cabins that are equipped with air conditioning units, en suite bathroom facilities, and a minibar, making every guest’s comfort and convenience needs provided for!
Aboard, one can enjoy its luxurious facilities and amenities. In between dives, its users may enjoy the boat’s fully air-conditioned lounge that has comfortable and cozy sofas, modern entertainment sets like flat-screen TVs and computers, books, magazines, and other entertainment materials. You may stay here to relax and chat with your friends after a very long adventurous day!
Guests may also enjoy the shaded sun lounges, perfect for the sun lovers out there! For that open-air scenery, guests may choose from 2 sundecks located in the upper and lower deck, bot equipped with comfortable chairs and sun loungers, perfect for socialization after every dive.
Finally, divers may enjoy the spacious dive deck of Golden Dolphin II. It features a large space in order for the guests to comfortably prepare their diving equipment and maintain it after the dives. It has large storage boxes installed, charging ports, and freshwater showers to wash off all that salt and sand. Safety is also not an issue, the boat is equipped with safety equipment that corresponds to international standards, including life rafts and life jackets, oxygen and first aid equipment, an alarm system, smoke detectors, and an efficient fire fighting system. Also, there is a fire extinguisher in every cabin and in the saloon!
The Cabins
Golden Dolphin II houses spacious cabins; 8 of which are located in the lower deck and are equipped with twin beds, air conditioning units, minibars, and en suite bathroom facilities, while the other 2 are in the upper deck and are equipped with king-sized beds.
Dining
Guests may enjoy the stunning view of the Red Sea while having their meals in a buffet style! The dining area in Golden Dolphin II is strategically situated to have the guests experience a panoramic view of the surroundings. Meals from international cuisines are served during breakfast, lunch, and dinner; an afternoon snack is also included. Guests may also enjoy light snacks and beverages (coffee, soda, juice, water, tea) throughout the day and it is completely free of charge!
Itinerary
Golden Dolphin II traverses the most stunning itineraries in the Red Sea. Guests may visit the triangle, which consists of Brothers Islands, Daedalus, and St. Johns, where divers with advanced certification may explore the beautiful reefs in the area, coated with hard and soft corals, and even meet hammerheads and sharks up close!
