Diving on the Estrella del Mar in Galapagos
The cabins are equipped with en-suite bathrooms with hot shower, air conditioner, luxurious beds, dressers, ample storage spaces, and safe storage to keep your valuables. Estrella del Mar also features an indoor lounge that is complete with large comfortable sofas and entertainment systems, a sophisticated dining area where international cuisine is served in buffet style, impressive sun decks, and a dive deck with the platform!
The attractive Estrella del Mar was intricately designed to create a yacht that offers a complete cruising package but without the annoyance of having to pay large fees. It is budget-friendly, but experience and safety are never compromised. It features a group of well-trained captain and crew members and runs with top-notch engines.
The indoor lounge area is fully air-conditioned and is conveniently located on the main deck. This is a perfect place to spend the afternoon in between dives, or during late nights, or talks over coffee. The lounge is equipped with a half-circle long sofa and with modern entertainment facilities such as a flat-screen television, DVD player, quality speakers, and even a mini library! The area is surrounded by large windows that allow natural light to enter as well as panoramic views of the stunning Galapagos waters!
On the other hand, outdoor lovers will surely enjoy the sun decks onboard. The sun decks are equipped with comfortable padded sun loungers, as well as padded seats, tables, charging ports, storage spaces, and other necessary facilities. It has two areas – one is shaded and the other one is not. So, depending on your mood, whether you would like to bask in the sun or just feel the breeze on your skin, you can enjoy the sun lounge.
The dive deck has a platform and is equipped with storage spaces, charging ports, and freshwater showers. Snorkeling gears, wet suits, and kayaks are also available. Safety is a priority onboard, which is why the boat is equipped with safety and navigation systems that follow the international standards.
Cabin
Each of the 8 spacious double cabins is equipped with en-suite bathroom facilities with hot shower, a dresser, comfortable bunk beds or side-by-side beds, an air conditioning unit, safe storage for valuables, and it offers ample space for the luggage. The interior is warm and elegant, perfect for a good night rest.
Dining
The dining room is located on the main deck and is complete with elegant dining tables and chairs, as well as kitchen utensils. The interiors have the ambiance of luxury. There is a wide range of dishes to choose from, which are all served in buffet style.
Itinerary
Guests may choose from a 7-day trip to the South and Central islands of Galapagos, a 7-day trip to the north and central islands, or a 10-day trip around the west, central, and east islands. Whichever is preferred, guests will surely enjoy the rich marine life Galapagos has to offer. Some of the activities to be enjoyed include lava tunnels, giant Galapagos tortoises, red beaches, craters, and other volcanic features, birdlife, iguanas, and more!
