Carpe Novo Food
Great attention is paid to the food as well. In the restaurant, guests are served with buffet style meals prepared by our fine dining chef. Breakfast plates would normally have eggs, beef bacon, French toast, potatoes, pancakes, cereal, and fruits. Lunch and evening meals usually consist of chicken, beef or fish, accompanied by vegetables, rice, soup, or pasta. There are also occasions where certain local specialties are also offered as additional options.
On one of the evenings of the trip, a BBQ on a deserted beach is offered. The crew prepares a remarkable feast for this special evening, and if guests are lucky, they may be entertained with some traditional songs and drum playing.
