The lounge and dining areas are equipped with a kitchen and bar, while the open-air seating area has tables, where you can enjoy a drink or play games. Diving on the Aurora in Indonesia

Adventure in Indonesia

Exciting diving safaris in Indonesia is what Aurora was created for. Adventure, relaxation, and comfort are some of the lead factors for this liveaboard’s crew. Besides the professional divers, this crew consists of marine biologists, underwater photographers, and video operators who offer their professional guidance, so no diver is left behind when exploring the highest biodiversity in the world.

Raja Ampat, North Sulawesi, and Komodo are few of the places that are constantly visited. Divers can enjoy the crystal-clear waters and discover vibrant coral reefs and the world’s most astonishing bio-diversity. As dive amenities include 3 tenders, Nitrox, rinse tanks, showers and rental gear, with the experienced divers next to them, guests are guaranteed great diving and exciting island excursions. Seeing from another perspective, this diving cruise surely focuses on two things; relaxation and scuba diving!

Aurora Features and Interior

The construction of the 40 meters (131 foot) long liveaboard started in 2009. By the summer of 2009, the boat started its first exploration tours for the demanding clientele. As the ship is built based on environmentally friendly principals, Aurora has the opportunity to explore certain remote areas that only a few others are able to visit.

The liveaboard has 8 comfortable cabins, able to host 16 passengers in total. Every cabin has its own en-suite bathroom, while the bed sizes are different due to the cabin size. Some cabins are only able to offer twin accommodation in the form of 2 single beds, while some cabins have a king-size bed. The generous interiors will please even the most discerning divers.

Furthermore, the lounge and dining areas are fully equipped with a bar and kitchen, ready to host everybody willing to spend time together. Chefs make sure people love the food that is being served. In accordance with guests’ preferences, they prepare Indonesian, international or vegetarian specialties. There is also an open-air seating area at the stern of the ship. As there are several tables in here, you can enjoy a drink or play games and chat with fellow divers. Top Deck features include an incredible sun deck, filled with cushioned loungers. It’s perfect to work on your tan or just enjoy a starry night sky. And not to forget the camera room. Being spacious enough for even the most demanding photographer or videographer, Aurora is in position to offer the perfect working space so anyone with passion towards photography or video can set their gear.

The latest safety features and technology are implemented or present in here as well, giving a noticeable modern touch. Starting from first aid kits, the liveaboard is equipped with fire alarms, fire extinguishers, emergency oxygen kits, VHF radio, emergency positioning radio beacon, life jackets, and life rafts. As the Wi-Fi tends to be intermittent in certain locations, there is a satellite phone through which you have the possibility to download emails on the onboard computer.
