This stainless-steel knife has the combination of a smooth and serrated edges for cutting just about anything. The design comes in both sharp and blunt tips so you can choose exactly what you want for your desired purpose. You can either purchase a 420 stain less steel sharp tip edge which is extremely sharp, or a 304 stainless steel blunt tip blade that is more resistant to corrosion.
