Combining Cressi’s Ranger mask and Tao snorkel, this is a great entry-level snorkeling set. The semi-dry snorkel features a splash guard to reduce any water entry. A comfortable, flexible mouthpiece helps prevent jaw ache and can be easily replaced. The super-soft silicone skirt on the mask ensures a great seal around the face.
Our Overall Review
Reasons to buy:
-
Great value for money.
-
Although only a semi-dry, the splash guard still prevents water from entering the snorkel.
-
Comes in one size but still fits a number of different face shapes and sizes.
Reasons NOT to buy:
The snorkel is a little bendy and may move around.
The bridge of the mask can cause pressure across the nose.
Good for snorkeling on the surface but not as great for ducking underwater.
The carry bag is made of plastic rather than mesh. The snorkeling set does not dry if it’s put in wet.
